Magical Memories,
Smiles that Never End
In 2018, our daughter's wish was granted and our family spent the most incredible week at Give Kids the World, an 89-acre storybook resort in Kissimmee and all of the amazing Orlando attractions. It was truly the most special week. GKTW provides a free Week of Hope to families that have a child living with a critical illness.
Wish families stay on the GKTW property. Wish families are also invited to visit GKTW as alumni year after year, but alumni do not stay on property and must arrange their own accommodations. In either case, any extended family traveling must also find separate accommodations. Our proThe heart and soul for the excitement at GKTW comes from the hundreds of volunteers that bring it all together. The GKTW Impact Project will provide short term housing in close proximity to the property to serve Wish families, Alumni, and volunteers.
The Vision for GKTW Impact
Our vision for the GKTW Impact Project is to provide a short term housing solution that is in close proximity to Give Kids the World. Our prioritized guests will be the extended families of current wish families, GKTW returning Alumni, and volunteers. Vacancies will be supplemented through general bookings.
The ideal home will have:
immediate proximity to Give Kids the World
accessible entrance (zero to two steps)
3-4 bedrooms
2+ bathrooms
single level home or first floor bedroom(s)
enclosed private pool
Target home valuations:
established standard homes: $350-450K (est. $40K/yr revenue)
newer higher end homes: $900-1.2M (est. $85K/yr revenue)

Our logo encapsulates the essence of our journey, meticulously designed to symbolize the milestones that have shaped our path to this moment. At the core of our identity, the acronym GKTW (Give Kids the World) is featured on boldly on our logo, embodying our mission. The rich purple hue signifies our deep-rooted connection to the epilepsy community, a cause close to our hearts.
The "G" in our logo pays homage to the logo from our foundational real estate investment business, highlighting our belief in the transformative power of real estate on families and communities. The "K" is a tribute to the logo design for our awareness initiative, Team Kye, dedicated to raising awareness about Dravet Syndrome, service dogs, and our daughter’s life living with Dravet.
The gold star is a poignant symbol, representing the 200,000+ stars in the Castle of Miracles, each commemorating a child who has experienced the magic of GKTW. The word "Impact" and the thought bubble containing a house within the gold star illustrate our vision: to have an impact on the lives of wish families, wish alumni, and volunteers through real estate.
Our logo gently weaves together the diverse threads of our 20-year journey, encapsulating our mission, our values, and our unwavering commitment to making a lasting impact.
